24 Hours of Le Mans 1971 winning Martini Porsche 917k
Automotive artist Andrew Hill’s print, strictly limited to 22, depicts the iconic International Martini Racing Team Porsche 917K on its way to victory at the 1971 24 Hours of Le Mans.
Driven by two relative newcomers to big time sports-car racing, Helmut Marko and Gijs van Lennep, they were able to taken advantage of the high attrition rate to bring the Porsche 917K home to victory. In doing so they set a new distance record of 5,335.313 km, at an average of 222.304 km/h, which remained unbeaten until the 2010 24 Hours of Le Mans.
Supplied with a certificate of authenticity, each print has been hand signed and numbered by the artist Andrew Hill.
