Join us for an exclusive Formula 1 season preview evening, in the company of Motor Sport's Grand Prix editor, Mark Hughes, former F1 driver and renowned Channel 4 pundit Karun Chandhok, and 1996 F1 World Champion and Sky F1 pundit Damon Hill.
Chaired by our very own Simon Arron, they'll be discussing all the key points as we approach the 2019 season; how the regulation changes will affect the cars, the new drivers, Lewis Hamilton's sixth World Title challenge, his likely rivals, and much, much more. You'll also have the opportunity to ask three of the most knowledgable names in the paddock all your burning questions.
When Damon Hill crossed the finish line to win the 1996 Japanese Grand Prix he secured a unique piece of history for his family – the first father and son to have both won the Formula 1 World Championship. Graham Hill was the charismatic 1962 and 1968 champion and following in those footsteps was always going to be a daunting prospect for the reserved younger Hill. That said, and despite a late start to his motor racing career, Damon Hill successfully established himself at the top of the sport – culminating in that emotional day at Suzuka. Hill now appears alongside FF1600 and F1 contemporary Johnny Herbert as an F1 analyst for Sky Television.
Currently a pundit for Channel 4's Formula 1 coverage, Karun competed in Grands Prix for Hispania and Team Lotus, is a regular at Le Mans and was a race-winner in GP2. He provides driver insights following every Grand Prix, and regularly contributes to the magazine.
